Your scheduled precedure will take place at WIMC at 3100 Blue Ridge Road, Suite 300. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
1. Do not eat or drink anything past midnight the night before your appoinment.
2. Do not take any morning medicines the day of your appointment.
3. You may brush your teeth and rinse, but DO NOT SWALLOW liquid.

5. You must call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged.
